Refund policy
Sale of products are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. This is to ensure that all customers receive goods in original brand new condition.
If you received a defective or wrong item, please email us at info@savvymamasg.com within seven (7) days of purchase. In the email, please provide us with:
- Image/video of the defective product
- Order number
Once verified, we will arrange for a courier to collect the defective product and ship a replacement to you after receiving the defective product and accessing the condition of the defects.
