How to Use?

Spray has been helpful. I like that the pad is really like your usual pad not so thick and bulky. I wish the cooling part of the pad can be longer. Had to adjust the cooling part to ensure it is on the wound gives extra comfort. Wish the cool last longer and more cold as well. very wasted to change so fast to a new one when it is not full
